«Solidarity economy»: potential development corporation

Background research connected with the objective trend of increasing the role of labor collectives in the management of corporations as an effective form of resolving the contradictions between capital and labor in the developed economies and the total exclusion of workers from this process in Russia. Aim of this study is to determine the specifics of Russia “solidarity economy" and the potential of this model in corporations in modern Russia. Research objectives: - тo establish the basic subjects «solidarity economy»; - reveal the basic contradiction between the economic interests of owners, managers and employees; - justify the potential and prospects of the development of «solidarity economy» in Russian corporations. Subject of research are economic relations developing between subjects “solidarity economy" in terms of transformation of Russian corporations. Object trial was really emerging practice of employee participation in the management of Russian corporations. Conclusions: The author defines the basic concepts that characterize the model of the «solidarity economy», realized in practice in modern Russian corporations. The article discloses the potential development of the system of workers’ control over the property in Russian corporations.
