The health economy and ecologisation of household consumer behaviour

The authors study the correlation between urban consumer demand and the accumulation of health capital. The interest certain groups of population shows in healthy food has its impact on shopping practices of urban households, thus causing the emergence and development of innovative social and economic processes on a micro-level.
