Economic and environmental aspects of Russian industry development in the context of globalization

The article highlights the current problems of environmental management in developing Russian industry. From the perspective of system analysis the authors estimate processes of manufacturing improvement with consideration for increasing requirements to its effectiveness and abidance by advanced environmental objectives. Also, expansion of functions and responsibilities of regional administrative bodies in handling the problems of industrial nature management inclusive of social and environmental factors is substantiated.
