Economic-mathematical methods of assessing the institutional -tactical capacities of organizational-economic development of the regional productive forces

In the current Russian reality the issues of prospects assessment, development mechanisms and productive forces location subject to existing regional features have become to the foreground. On the one hand, the solution of this issue may lie in a plane of resource and infrastructural regional potentials optimization, the solution of raised the issue must take into account all variety of factors, which are determining the innovation-modernization development of the productive forces, on the other hand. Consequently, the examining of contradiction conception between the productive forces development and the increasing outdated production relations should be formed through mechanisms' identification, which is forming the economic, social and institutional strengths of territorial systems.
