Economic and legal aspects of labor management in remote employment

The subject of the analysis in the article is flexible forms of employment recommended by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, as well as the Federal Service for Labor and Employment in preventing the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the territory of the Russian Federation. The changes made to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation regarding the regulation of remote work are analyzed. The legal and organizational measures taken by the Russian government in order to promptly respond to the changing conditions of the modern labor market and ensure social protection of citizens are noted. This article highlights the main features of the interaction of a remote worker and an employer, the features of the working time and rest time, as well as the features of the organization and labor protection of remote workers.
