The rapid digitalization of domestic healthcare and the fragmentation of the medical information systems (MIS) market are exacerbating the problem of ineffective professional communications in healthcare organizations (MOs). The use of public messaging services poses risks to the security of personal data and increases the cognitive load on physicians, necessitating the implementation of specialized solutions integrated into the MIS. This paper continues the research begun in the first paper of this issue. Study Objective: To identify and analyze key use cases for communication modules in the MIS to assess their impact on medical staff performance, patient safety, and the optimization of MO business processes. Materials and Methods: Based on an analysis of international and domestic experience, as well as our own development practices, a process-oriented evolutionary model for integrating communications into the MIS is proposed. The model is validated through the description of typical use cases: mentoring, messaging, notification management, task management, and incident management, illustrated using the example of the Interin PROMIS Alpha PG. Results: The key role of the integrated communication module in the medical information system (MIS) is determined, not only as a communication tool, but also as a mechanism for supporting and developing clinical and administrative processes. Three principles of the model are formulated: process determinism, evolutionary phasing, and contextual integration. It is shown that the low level of usage of the integrated messenger indicates the high maturity of the MIS, which supports medical organization processes. Limitations associated with human factors and organizational barriers are identified. It is proven that a common communication platform is a practical solution for ensuring interoperability in an ecosystem of heterogeneous medical organizations. Conclusion: The proposed model enables the transformation of integrated communications from a source of chaos into a manageable tool for medical organization development. The practical significance of this work lies in providing medical organization managers and MIS developers with a structured guide for step-by-step implementation based on an integrated "technology-processes-culture" approach. The transition to process-oriented communications in MIS is a key factor in improving the quality, safety and cost-effectiveness of medical care.
