The ecotechnopolis paradigm of Ulan-Ude city sustainable development (the definition of concepts and prospects)

The article is devoted to defining of conceptual backgrounds, methodology and prospects of the ecotechnopolis paradigm of Ulan-Ude City sustainable development; it gives the philosophical and economic justification of Ecotechnopolis project. The main aim of the project: transformation of Ulan-Ude City into the ecologically friendly and high-tech city, providing high living standards of the population (smart city).
