Effects of single whole-body irradiation of Wistar rats at different stages of ovogenesis with 60Co at dose of 2.0 Gy (dose-rate 0.2 Gy/min) under lasted external hypothermia (+10°С and +5°С) on course of pregnancy and development of posterity of two generations were studied. The irradiation during ovulation was found to effect on pregnancy course and physical development of posterity of the first generation under comfortable temperature in an environment (+22°С). The irradiation of rats 4-11 and 30-40 days prior to their fertilization did not effect on the studied indicators. Hypothermia produced certain effect on dynamics of parameters, depending on the period of pregnancy. Irradiation of rats F0 at ovulation did not effect significantly on pregnancy of the first generation females and physical development of the second generations. However, there was tendency to reduction of survival of rats to the 28th day of their life.
