The results of experimental assessment of strain-deforming state of systems ‘femural bone-endoprosthesis/transplant-tibial bone” in different types of knee joint anterior cruciate ligament plastics have been presented in the article. 30 postmortem knee joints of pig youngsters were used for an experimental model. Refrigerated transplant of semitendinosus and gracilis tendons (ST) and synthetic endoprosthesis of knee joint cruciate ligament “DONA-M” were the objects of the study. The investigations were conducted on a desk single-string tester. The semitendinosus and gracilis tendon transplant plastics (ST) were the method of choice compared to the single-beam and double-beam synthetic endoprosthetic anterior cruciate ligament plastics.
