Experimental assessment of formation technology of environmental expertise of specialists in oil and gas industry in the system of additional vocational training

The development of oil and gas industry has no beneficial effect on the environment. In order to reduce the negative impact, it is necessary to improve the environmental expertise of managers and employees of oil companies. One way to generate environmental expertise of specialists in oil and gas industry is additional vocational training, providing continuing education and formation of additional competencies for experienced professionals. In this study the developed technology of formation of environmental expertise of specialists in oil and gas industry in terms of additional vocational training is experimentally tested by the example of the Institute for Continuing Education and Retraining of Tyumen State Oil and Gas University.
