Experimental practice-focused mathematical training of oil-engineers in the context of the competence-based paradigm

The article presents a practice-focused experience of the mathematical training of students in the higher school of oil education in the modernized educational structure, in which the research and education center is included as a core component. The research and education center performs a number of functions improving the competence level of the future oil-engineers.
