Traumatic injuries of acromioclavicular articulation are still a problem of current interest in traumatology. They are the most common in subjects of working age, and in a substantial number of active sportsmen among them. The problem of treatment is quite urgent due to a great number of poor outcomes. The technologies of the coracoclavicular ligament replacement by different synthetic implants are increasingly used in practice. The authors have obtained the evidences of the possible use of synthetic carbon implants for surgical reconstruction of the coracoclavicular ligament on the basis of experimental studying the dynamics of strength properties of the implants of this type.
