The paper considers a developed scheme of operation and design of a desalination plant as part of an energy technological complex, including a heat pump and a photovoltaic panel. It presents an analysis of literary sources on the topic of renewable energy sources as part of energy complexes and a technique for determining the exergy losses of water and steam flows. The evaporative plant receives heated water from a heat pump, which is discussed in detail in the first part of the study. The paper shows the variants of boiling water under atmospheric pressure and under vacuum. However, the principle of operation of the desalination plant does not change, so the developed methodology is suitable for any type of thermal and vacuum evaporation of water. The resulting distillate is cooled and can be used for the technological needs of industrial enterprises or agriculture.
