Lithium-ion batteries is a significant advancement in the field of energy storage due to their outstanding characteristics such as high charge density, low self-discharge rate and long service life. They are the primary power source for a vast scope of applications, including transportation and energy. However, despite their advantages, they also have some disadvantages such as higher cost, explosiveness and sensitivity to temperature changes. In recent years, alternative materials such as lithium titanate have been actively explored, promising to improve battery safety, stability and float life.
