Professional burnout effect on teacher’s performance: an experimental study

The article presents an exprerimental study of professional burnout effect on teacher's perfomance. Using the questionnaire by A. A. Rukavishnikov, the authors analyze the intensity of mental burnout components. Having applied the technique of V. V. Boiko, the study describes the emotional burnout syndrome. Consequently, the authors draw a conclusion that the emotional burnout syndrome affects both personal and managerial characteristics of a teacher.
