Experimental validity of iliac transosseous fixation in treatment of children with congenital dislocation of the hip

The results of the study of iliac fixation rigidity with a fixator are given and analyzed when wires have been inserted using different techniques. The highest stability of pelvic support is established to be achieved when through wires are inserted into the wing anterior and posterior parts. The optimal variants of pelvic bone wire fixation are determined for treatment of children with congenital dislocation of the hip depending on patient's age and surgical intervention scope.
