Experimental investigations of thought disorders in schizophrenia. Review of foreign literature of the end of XXth - beginning of the ХХIst

The article presents a brief overview of the most important results of experimental study of disorders of thinking in schizophrenia abroad at present. The work considered the questions of specificity of thought disorders, their features, stability and severity in different forms, stages, severity, duration, and individual courses of schizophrenia. The role of thought disorders as predictors, vulnerabilities and markers of the schizophrenia endophenotype are discussed.
