The experimental research of the daily mode of water exchange in the border zone where the river Sok and the Saratov reservior merge

Research shows the features of the water exchange between the estuarine area of inflow and the water basin. Results were taken from conditions of the daily mode of operations of the Hydroelectric Power Station. Results of natural and model researches of hydrological and hydro-chemical modes, in a water- mixing zone, are presented. I will illustrate a model analysis of the spatial heterogeneity of water in the coastal waters of the Saratov Reservoir near the town of Samara.
