One of reserves of increase of productivity of agricultural crops is the introduction of technology stradalovo sowing, most fully meet the agricultural requirements of sowing crops in stubble background. The problem of creating a sowing machine designed for sowing on an untreated background is that the stubble is a complex monotropic structure. In this connection, its various physical and mechanical properties are manifested depending on the volume and speed of movement. When the sowing unit is moved, the straw residues and the top layer of the soil are unloaded. To avoid clogging missnicole space snow opener the straw mass was developed by active needle working bodies driven by the PTO shaft of the tractor. The purpose of the article is to determine the rational design and technological parameters of the working bodies of the active needle disc. The objectives of the study are as follows: on the basis of the plan to conduct laboratory studies; based on the results of a multifactorial experiment, to obtain the regression equation; get the response surface movement of plant residues, depending on the design and technological parameters of the working bodies of the active needle disc; determine the rational design and technological parameters of the working bodies...
