Expert model for calculating projections of socio-economic development

The expert model for calculating projections of socio-economic development of the country in the context of autonomy of external relations considered. Expert models are designed to evaluate the long-term effects of the interaction of factors of economic activity at the State level. The initial analysis phase is the preparation of expert data representing the primary evaluation of the degree of interference of the considered factors at each other. The result of the analysis is the full assessment of the extent of interaction skills factors, taking into account the expanded set of chains of transactions. Task analysis of interactions of factors under consideration is to obtain conclusions about the effectiveness of the governance arrangements in terms of their impact on target-growth of industrial production. Results of reflections assessments of interactions can be used as hints for rational choice factors governing and management decisions. The model and the method of expert analysis of interference factors that show the functioning of the economy, finance, innovation, and public administration presented. Full impact assessments are evaluated using transitive closures of primitive relationships, which is reflective of procedures that use different implementation operations on assessments. Proposed methods of obtaining estimates of interaction and decision-making are new and are both an academic and practical interest.
