Express assessment of production economic efficiency of a petrochemical enterprise (on the example of Nizhnekamskneftekhim PJSC)

The article examines the problem of economic assessment of the activities of petrochemical enterprises. The thesis is put forward that an express assessment of production and economic efficiency can be carried out on the basis of an analysis of the effectiveness of the use of resources, profitability and profitability of expenses and investments in production assets. Two sections of the rapid assessment are proposed: the assessment of business activity and the assessment of profitability. The decomposition of key indicators of business activity and profitability is presented. The proposed express-assessment model was tested on the example of the economic activity of the petrochemical enterprise PJSC "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" for the period 2018-2020. Based on the results of the assessment, the problematic aspects of the economic activity of the enterprise were identified and conclusions about production and economic efficiency were formulated.
