In the future, the coal extraction process is considered as the main source of raw materials for the production of organic hydrocarbons necessary for the chemical industry. The process of extracting brown coal, obtaining liquid products, determining their hydrocarbon composition, drawing up basic and technological schemes of the process, material balance. In the research work carried out, it was found that the extraction process takes place with the help of various pole solvents and a large number of hydrocarbon raw materials are obtained. The results of the study are based on experiments conducted using physical and chemical methods on standard laboratory devices. Extraction of coal from the kiyaktinskoye field with acetone and ethanol chloroform solvents was performed under conditions of increased criticality. The composition of liquid products obtained during extraction was studied by IR spectroscopy. The results of the study showed that liquid products contain absorption bands of alkanes, alkenes, naphthenes and oxygen organic compounds. The content of fulvic, hematogenous and humic acids, obtained by extraction, was investigated by the method of IR-spectroscopy. The results of the study showed that humic acids contain mainly a large amount of oxygen-organic compounds.
