As a result of complex carried-out researches it is established that corn columns silk dry extract is low-dangerous substance and possesses hepatoprotective action (in a dosage of 100 mg/kg of rat weight), one of which mechanisms of action is antioxidatic activity. The obtained data testify to expediency of development on the basis of corn columns silk dry extract the preparation for liver toxic diseases treatment.
