The article represents the results of the second part of the research devoted to the development of an original model of democracy - existential democracy. The author hinges primarily on offering and analyzing original theoretical and philosophical principles and practical political proposals necessary for the realization of existential democracy in life. In all 17 main provisions are given. Philosophical principles include placing the subject, the personality, and not the structure, at the center of society and politics, and also the creative action of each personality, aimed mutually at their own good and the Common good. And also - recognition of the importance of each human, regardless of his social status, economic position, and the equality of all people among each other in existential democracy. Concrete practical proposals are also made - democratization of society, free and creative formation of new social and state institutions, development of humanisticoriented education and protection of human dignity at work, constructing dialogical, equal communication in society and maintaining high well-being of all citizens, for their transition to values of self-expression, creativity.
