Fulfillment of one’s talents, discovering of new ideas and updating of existing ones are necessary prerequisites for survival of an existential individual in the modern civilization. The existential culture of activity, as a new synthesized concept, may be the key for solving the urgent problems of the mankind: finding the mission for the current moment of the historical development, creating own world in the form of value orientations, which is an important factor in the regulation of individual behavior and social relationships of people. The future will form new types of activities; the formation of the third wave will be accompanied by the phenomenal growth of performance, the activity of a person, which requires time and energy.
