Electoral practices of municipal managerial elites forming of Krasnodar region (electoral results of 2009-2010 years campaigns)

The article is devoted to the analysis of managerial elites electoral formation technologies of Krasnodar Region local self-governments, affording to guarantee their legitimacy and non-conflict interaction with regional authorities. The author's electoral statistics analysis of past 2009-2010 municipal elections is carried out. The basic tendencies of regional executive authorities' participation in electoral process are singled out, incumbent partization of municipal elections is noted.
