Research results of macrostructure influence on electric properties of semiconducting ceramics synthesized from natural ilmenite-containing raw materials are given. Inductive component in low-frequency range of specimens impedance spectrum was discovered. This effect was explained by electro physical properties of the contacts between crystal grains. The equivalent circuit of boundary between crystal grains was found for the first time.
