Electric arc generators of low-temperature plasma with high yield of electrodes are presented in the paper. Electrodes of this plasmatron are coated by carbon material as a result of work of plasmatron. Investigation based on the electron microscopy and the Raman-spectroscopy showed the electrode coat consists of nanocarbon composite material including single- and multi-walled carbon nanotubes and other carbonic forms with copper atoms intercalated to the carbonic matrix.
