Electrochemical methods for the production of hydrogen peroxide

This work is devoted to the technology of obtaining high purity hydrogen peroxide by electrochemical method through peroxodisulfuric acid and ammonium persulfate. The relevance of the work is justified by the need of industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation (RF) for high-purity grades of hydrogen peroxide for their use for special purposes, in particular, for the microelectronic industry. The production of high-purity hydrogen peroxide is included in the action plan for import substitution in the chemical industry of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Ministry of Industrial Trade of the Russian Federation dated November 15, 2022, as well as the holding of a competition by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2023 for the implementation of research "Development of technology for the production and supply of high-purity hydrogen peroxide".
