Elektromyographic variability at young judoists in models of any relaxation and pressure in days of struggle

Weekly conducted «days of struggle» when each judoist conducts from 4 to 5 fights, present increased requirements to multifunctional mobility and variability of an organism of sportsmen in youthful auxological period. In the article components electro-neuromyogram of key muscles of judoists in a condition of a relaxation and pressure 5 minutes prior to fights and in 5-10 minutes after their end are presented.
