The electronic form of procedural documents in criminal proceedings: problems in theory and practice

The article deals with the problem of drawing up and circulation of electronic procedural documents in criminal proceedings. The author ascertained gap between the norm and law enforcement, due to the analysis of the normative regulation of use of the procedural documents in electronic form and its actual forms of use in the activity of law enforcement bodies and the courts.
