Electronic encyclopedia as a tool for increasing the level of storing educational material

Storing educational material is one of the major factors influencing on the quality of teaching. It is difficult to choose a necessary technique for teaching without understanding the essence of storing process. The article describes the requirements for educational and methodical materials on mathematics and the electronic encyclopedia which is constructed on the base of them and allows increasing the level of storing educational material considerably.
