E-commerce in solving the trade imbalance in the global economy

The article is devoted to the analysis of the impact of e-commerce on the trade imbalance in the world economy and offers ways to overcome it. The current trends in the development of e-commerce and their impact on the aggravation of the balance imbalance are considered. Attention is focused on the role of e-commerce in strengthening the imbalance in the trade balance of countries such as China, the USA, Russia, taking into account the relationship between types of e-commerce (B2C, B2B) and the specifics of imbalances in these countries. The situation with the excess of imports to the United States and exports to China, as well as the trade war between these countries, is analyzed. The article suggests ways to overcome the trade imbalance for the United States, China and Russia in modern conditions through the development of e-commerce.
