The article is devoted to improving the quality of customs services. Based on the factors that affect the quality, it was determined that one of the important conditions for improving the quality is the electronic Declaration. The analysis of the application of electronic declarations in the customs sphere. The main problems and prospects of implementation of this mechanism are defined.
