E-government: the dynamics of interaction between the state and Russian society in the 21st century

The article focuses on the problem of modernizing public governance through integration of e-government (digital government) into the public governance system of the Russian Federation. The authors examine conceptual and legal basis of e-government, key areas for modernizing and improving the public governance, as well as the participation of civil society in the implementation of these innovative approaches.
