Electronic justice: the concept, stages and prospects of development

Introduction: the article analyzes the key stages of the development of electronic justice in Russia from the first initiatives to the creation of the Justice Online superservice. Special attention is paid to the issue of judicial protection through the introduction of information technologies in the modern judicial process.
