"Electronic employment" of children as a means of improving the quality of life of the younger generation

This article reveals the concept of the quality of life of the younger generation, examines the issues of improving the quality of life of children in the Russian Federation, through their electronic employment, identifies the novelties of labor legislation during the COVID-19 pandemic and the digitalization of the country's economy. The positive factors of the use of digital technologies in personnel records management that affect the safe employment of children and their quality of life are identified.
