Electronic auctions as regional entrepreneurship support and development factor

The article discusses one of the most common methods of choosing suppliers - an electronic auction. Electronic auctions have an even sequence of stages in accordance with established time intervals. The result of the electronic auction is a contract placed in a unified information system and signed by the two parties to the interaction. The article also describes in detail the documents that make up the auction package, the advantages of the auction in comparison with other methods of selecting suppliers, and also explores the features of conducting electronic auctions. The essence of the above is as follows: when choosing a method for determining a supplier, the customer must be guided by the norms of Law No. 44-FZ and take into account all the circumstances that arise when carrying out the selected procedure in order to avoid the occurrence of various types of liability and other negative consequences.
