Electronic libraries of universities in the digital economy

The purpose of this article is to draw the attention of heads of cultural universities to the realization of the scientific problem of creating inter-university libraries for institutes of culture in the age of the digital economy is not possible without achieving a consolidated position of the library community. The legal and regulatory documents that regulate the process of digitalization of higher education are described.
