Electronic evidence: problems of theory and practice

Current theoretical and applied issues related to the definition of «electronic evidence», building its classification system and defining its elements are examined in the article from a position of changed criminal and procedural legislation of the Russian Federation. The problems arising in the activities of preliminary investigation bodies while dealing with called evidence are discussed.
