Electronic communication in the social activity of citizens

The increasing importance of the role of the Internet in the communication processes and creation specialized services the global network are the important features of the current situation in Russia. Social activists, civil society organizations use the Internet for the dialogue with the audience in order to encourage people to some action. Therefore the article examines the processes of communication, oriented on the organization and implementation of the civic activism in contemporary Russia. The author pays special attention to the movements, campaigns and ideas, that resulted in the Internet projects that have already proven themselves and have the results of their development.
