The article provides legal regulation of relations related to the legal treatment of citizens. The main types of citizens' appeals were identified. The process and features of citizens' appeals to public authorities were also considered. The main problems in this area were identified. On the basis of which recommendations are made in the field of improving the system of electronic appeals of citizens to public authorities.
