Electronic local studies resource as a means of promotion of local studies activities of the library in social media (based on the example of internet project "Children in evacuation. Kirov region 1941-1945")

The article raises the problem of promotion of local history studies performed by the library through the creation of electronic local history resources. It is based on the example of the Internet project of Kirov Regional Scientific Library named after A. I. Herzen «Children in evacuation. Kirov region 1941-1945». It must be noted that the project is of high relevance, significance and comprehensive content.
