Electronic modulator for shutter control with frustrated total internal reflection

The modulator forms a sequence of bipolar pulses of controlled height, width, and interval at the piezoceramic plates of the optical shutter. The average power consumption at 5 Hz does not exceed 0.02 W, and the circuit can operate both from the mains and internal source.
