Electronic version of the directory by the lengths of small rivers of the Republic of Tatarstan

Small rivers of the Republic of Tatarstan (RT) have different lengths - from tens of meters to hundreds of kilometers. Information about the rivers of the Republic of Tatarstan with a length of more than 10 km can be found in the specialized reference literature, which served as the basis for the electronic version of the handbook on the lengths of small rivers of the Republic of Tatarstan. The difference between the electronic version and the previous editions is that it contains information about all rivers, regardless of their length, including the smallest tributaries of the first order of the Volga and Kama rivers. The reference book provides for the possibility of editing existing and adding additional information, including coordinate bindings and catchment areas for calculating the provided parameters of river flow. When compiling the electronic version of the handbook on the lengths of small rivers of the Republic of Tatarstan, which became the purpose of this study, the corresponding databases (DB) were modified and a Program for working with them was created, which were registered in the state register of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property.
