An element of a quality management system or just lean manufacturing

The article considers lean manufacturing as the main element of the QMS. All types of losses arising in production are presented. The stages of transition to the new system in order to eliminate losses are listed. The positive effects of integrating a quality management system and a lean manufacturing system are also presented.
