In article analyzed the basic tendency of the present stage of political development of Russia: transition from nominal constitutionalism to imaginary that theoretically opens in the long term possibility of development of political system to normative constitutionalism. The imaginary constitutionalism generates the internal contradictions, reflecting really strengthening elite conflict in a transformed Russian society.
