"Elstar" - innovative construction technology

The article gives a detailed description of the new ecologically pure construction technology of houses - "Elstar". We describe the first steps in the application of this innovation, its origins, advantages, disadvantages, different from the other popular building materials and technologies. Also, the authors carried out comparative economic analysis of the effectiveness of the use of technology "Elstar" and the usual bricklaying for the construction of 1 m³ of low-rise buildings.
