Emigration in the context of internationalization higher education

The article discusses the main problems of emigration of Russian students abroad. In recent years, there has been the problem of people leaving the country with a diploma of higher education abroad. Due to the introduction of sanctions, many projects have lost foreign capital. Comparing with the previous periods, one can note a clear tendency towards an increase in emigration among specialists in higher education.
