Emotional-willed training of young wrestlers of Uzbek national kurash

The article presents the results of a study of the emotional and volitional qualities of young wrestlers of the Uzbek national kurash. It has been proved that for the majority of young Uzbek kurash wrestlers, an average level of emotional excitability, moderate intensity of emotions and their duration are inherent. A high rate of negative influence of emotions is almost absent. It was found that the most pronounced psychomotor qualities in young representatives of the national kurash are speed qualities and coordination of movements, reactions are at a satisfactory level.
